    First log into your eLink profile at elink.tacocomfort.com and go to the My Devices tab. Press the “ADD NEW DEVICE” button at the bottom of your device list and have the serial number of your device handy.

    A verified email address is required to register. You will receive email notifications automatically by registering.

    After verifying your email address, you will be asked to complete the registration process by adding further information. By adding a mobile phone number to your profile, text messaging will be automatically enabled.
  • phonelinkHow can I unsubscribe from receiving text messages?
    • If you no longer want to receive text alerts, reply to the text messages with the word, 'STOP' and a final text will be sent confirming the removal of the subscription.
    • Stopping texts messages will restrict that number from receiving text messages for 30 days. To re-enroll in text alerts, update your profile with a new phone number.

    Check your profile for a valid mobile phone number. The United States country code ‘+1’ will be added to beginning of the number, simply complete your 10-digit number.

    Choose the “Delete Account” tab at the top of the window.
    Enter your email address, and tap the button.

    The new owner of the device will need to register the product under an account they setup. Upon completing the registration process the device will be removed from the original account and associated with the new owner’s account.
